Katy is innovative and has explored all media. Her primary medium is watercolour because of its portability for plein air and its versatility for immediate completion. She also uses oil, pastels, collage and acrylics.
Katy has 30 years experience teaching art, which has allowed her to grow as an artist as well as provide knowledge to her students and challenge them to explore and expand their own boundaries. Katy has taught everything from flowers, botanicals, seascapes and of course mountain scenery.
