We now exclusively provide soft packaging services for your valued paintings & no longer handle shipping on behalf of customers. We create custom boxes for your shipment to ensure that your items are packaged correctly & safely.
Below is our standard for soft packaging. For higher-value artwork or framed pieces, we recommend crating:
Multi-layers of plastic/poly sheeting and bubble wrap for both front and back.
A layer of corrugated cardboard/cardboard.
Enclosure in a sturdy cardboard box.
Please note: We do not package items with glass. However, we offer professional crate packaging built to withstand the rigours of shipping.

Customers are responsible for the entire shipping process, including potential damage caused by improper handling during transit and the inherent risks of loss.
Please note that all major shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx and Purolator) do not provide insurance coverage for artwork.
